▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly graphene filament composite oriented strand board is pressed with modified printed circuit board (PCB) resin fiber and graphene and comprises a bottom layer (3), an intermediate layer (2) and a surface layer (1), where the intermediate layer is an oriented strand board, and the bottom layer and the surface layer are graphene fiber sheets. The graphene filament board comprises 10~50 wt.% modified long fiber PCB resin, 20~50 wt.% modified PCB resin fiber powder, 0.1 to 15 wt.% graphene, 2 to 15 wt.% adhesive, and 0.5 to 5 wt.% flame retardant. USE - Environmentally friendly graphene filament composite oriented strand board. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally friendly graphene filament composite oriented strand board has enhanced waterproof, fireproof and thermal conductivity functions, enhanced surface bonding force to be 1.29MPA or more, so that the surface is smoother and is directly applied to the surface without using secondary sanding, has good molding, enhanced density of the sheet, closed gap, reduced water content and has high internal bonding strength, strong bending and impact resistance, and superior fire resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an environmentally friendly graphene filament composite OSB oriented strand board, which involves: (A) mixing and paving raw materials of the bottom layer and the surface layer into a bottom slab and a surface slab; (B) performing pre-compression molding of paved slab, OSB oriented strand board and surface slab; (C) trimming the slab after pre-molding; (D) hot-pressing slab after the initial trimming by a continuous press or a large-format press; (E) finishing the hot pressed sheet; and (F) subjecting finished board to a plate cooling to obtain environmentally-friendly graphene filament composite OSB oriented strand board. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of environmentally friendly graphene filament composite oriented strand board. Surface layer (1) Intermediate layer (2) Bottom layer (3)
