NOVELTY - A high-energy conductive lubricating grease contains 20-40 pts. wt. base oil, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-16 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium sulfonate, 50-60 pts. wt. polyimide resin and 5-9 pts. wt. sodium silicate. USE - The high-energy conductive lubricating grease is useful for roller bearing and high-speed gear box. ADVANTAGE - The high-energy conductive lubricating grease has excellent lubricating resistance and damping noise reduction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of high-energy conductive lubricating grease, which involves adding base oil, graphene and polyimide resin to reaction tank, mixing and stirring at 400-600 rpm, then adding acrylic resin, benzoic acid and calcium sulfonate and stirring for 20-60 minutes, then adding sodium silicate and stirring at 300-500 rpm and leaving.
