NOVELTY - Plastic fuel cell system comprises plastic composite negative electrode, isolating film, oxygen or air porous positive electrode and liquid electrolyte. The plastic composite negative electrode is prepared by using plastic as negative active material, scrapes negative electrode slurry containing plastic, negative electrode catalyst, conductive agent and binder on negative collector and drying. The oxygen or air porous positive electrode is porous sheet structure formed by pressing and compounding negative membrane containing positive catalyst and conductive agent and positive current collector with mesh. The plastic composite negative electrode, isolation film, oxygen or air positive electrode and electrolyte are placed in button cell or electrolytic cell shell. The overall structure is placed in oxygen containing atmosphere. The electrochemical workstation is used to connect positive and negative electrode fluid collectors. USE - Plastic fuel cell system ADVANTAGE - The cell system has simple operation, recycles waste plastic products and does not provide a new way to obtain new clean energy.
