▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-density polyethylene resin-based nanocomposite material comprises 0.25-1 pts. wt. filler and 99.75-99 pts. wt. high density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride resin, where the fillers are graphene and carbon nanotubes. USE - High-density polyethylene resin-based nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The high-density polyethylene resin-based nanocomposite material has low cost, simple preparation method, easy operation, wide practicability, excellent mechanical properties, thermal properties and synergistic effect, which provides strengthening and toughening effect and requires less dosage of filler. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for high-density polyethylene resin-based nanocomposite material preparation, which involves: (A) mixing the filler with high density polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride resin particles; and (B) melting and blending for 15 mins at a temperature of 160 degrees C at a rotating speed of 50 rotations/min.
