NOVELTY - Preparing natural fiber graphene composite material, comprises (i) introducing natural fiber yarn into pre-processing groove containing pre-processing solution for padding, where rolling residue rate is greater than or equal to 85%, then baking, and controlling moisture regain rate at 50-70%, where the pre-processing solution includes 2-20 wt.% biological enzyme, 0.5-5 wt.% sodium carbonate, 1-10 wt.% sodium hydroxide, 0.5-2 wt.% leveling agent Peregal, 1-5 wt.% penetrating agent JFC and deionized water (balance amount), and (ii) soaking natural fiber yarn and baking in ultrasonic groove containing graphene solution for pad dyeing, where the rolling residue rate is greater than or equal to 90%, the graphene solution includes 3-6 wt.% graphene material, 20-40 wt.% aqueous polyurethane, 1-5 wt.% leveling agent Peregal, 0.5-1 wt.% penetrating agent JFC and deionized water (balance amount), and the graphene material is graphite and/or graphene oxide, and (iii) pre-baking the natural fiber yarn and steaming to fix the color. USE - The natural fiber graphene composite material is useful in yarn and fabric (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high production efficiency, high bonding fastness between graphene and natural fiber, and uniform graphene distribution.
