NOVELTY - A light-emitting device comprises an electrode (E1), a light-emitting layer made of a material (M1) and a material (M2), arranged on electrode (E1), and an electrode (E2) arranged on the light-emitting layer. The conduction band energy level of material (M1) is lower than the conduction band energy level of material (M2). The valence band energy level of material (M1) is lower than the valence band energy level of material (M2). USE - Light-emitting device is used for display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The light-emitting device has improved light emission efficiency and service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the light-emitting device.
