NOVELTY - Ternary positive plate comprises current collector and anode material layer on the surface of the current collector, the anode material layer includes ternary anode active material particles, conductive agent, binder and oxide solid electrolyte particles capable of conducting lithium ions. The anode sheet: has a surface capacity of less than 4 mAh/cm2, and the particle size D50 of the oxide solid electrolyte particles is 0.1-3 microm. USE - The ternary positive plate is useful for high safety and high power lithium battery including liquid lithium battery and semi-solid lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ternary positive plate: ensures high capacity and excellent cycle performance, and has high safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: 1. preparing ternary positive plate; and 2. improving the safety of a ternary positive plate of a lithium battery; and 3. lithium battery.
