▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphite-modified Kevlar (RTM: Para-aramid fiber) fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material comprises 10-20 %mass graphene modified aramid fibers, 10-15 %mass toughener, 3.4-4.2 %mass light stabilizer, 1.7-2.6 %mass antioxidant, 2-4 %mass dispersant and polypropylene resin. USE - Graphite-modified Kevlar (RTM: Para-aramid fiber) reinforced polypropylene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modified aramid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material has excellent molding properties and mechanical properties, effectively increases the binding force between the fiber and the matrix, improves the processability. The method enables the large-scale industrial production of graphite-modified aramid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material by simple steps and excellent operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified aramid fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material, which involves soaking aramid fibers in infiltration solution for 30-60 minutes, segmented-drying, modifying aramid fiber by graphene, mixing toughening agent, light stabilizer, antioxidant, dispersant and polypropylene resin, feeding into a twin-screw extruder, melt blending, extruding and granulating.
