▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing nano black phosphorus solution with oxidized graphene solution and collagen solution uniformly, injecting into mold, freezing overnight to obtain frozen material. Frozen material is placed in freeze dryer to freeze and freeze under vacuum condition. Dried material is placed in 95% ethanol EDC and NHS, cross-linking at room temperature. Cross-linked material is washed by using deionized water, and freeze-drying further use. USE - Method for preparing collagen composite material for use in an application in infectious bone repair. Can also be used for preparing a nanometer black phosphorus/graphene oxide functional collagen composite material. ADVANTAGE - The collagen composite material has excellent mechanical property and photo-thermal effect to increase the stability and antibacterial ability of the bracket, using photothermal effect of black phosphorus and phosphate ion released by black phosphorus degradation to increase in-situ biomineralization, and improves osteoconductivity.
