▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing phosphorene/graphene composite two-dimensional material, involves (i) mixing red phosphorus, tin powder and tin iodide in an ampoule, vacuuming until the pressure is less than 0.05 Pa, sealing tube, heating raw material at 200 degrees C, heating at 600 degrees C for 6 hours, reducing temperature to 300 degrees C, heat-preserving for 2 days, and cooling to room temperature to obtain black phosphorus product, (ii) taking the black phosphorus obtained in step (i) in test tube, dripping N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, ultrasonically processing, centrifuging to obtain bottom black solid, and freeze-drying to obtain phosphorene, and (iii) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to form a graphene aqueous solution, dispersing phosphorene obtained in step (ii) in deionized water to form a phosphorene aqueous solution, mixing and stirring for 3 hours, ultrasonically processing, filtering with water-based filter paper, freeze-drying the residue on the filter paper and peeling off. USE - The method is useful for preparing phosphorene/graphene composite two-dimensional material for treatment of uranium-containing wastewater (all claimed) and uranium-containing radioactive waste water. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the environmental impact of phosphorene, improves the stability of phosphene by degradation of phosphene in the process of adsorbing and separating uranyl ions in radioactive waste water and uranium adsorption capacity of the material, has strong selectivity, and is simple and controllable in preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing phosphorene/graphene composite two-dimensional material, involves (i) mixing red phosphorus, tin powder and tin iodide in an ampoule, vacuuming until the pressure is less than 0.05 Pa, sealing the tube, heating the raw material end of the ampoule at 200 degrees C, heating at 600 degrees C for 6 hours, reducing the temperature to 300 degrees C, heat-preserving for 2 days, and cooling to room temperature to obtain black phosphorus product, (ii) taking the black phosphorus obtained in step (i) in a test tube, dripping N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, ultrasonically processing at 40 kHz for 24 hours, controlling the ultrasonic temperature to less than or equal to 30 degrees C, centrifuging to obtain bottom black solid, and freeze-drying to obtain phosphorene, and (iii) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to form a graphene aqueous solution, dispersing the phosphorene obtained in step (ii) in deionized water to form a phosphorene aqueous solution, mixing and stirring for 3 hours, ultrasonically processing at 40 kHz and 30 degrees C for 3 hours, repeating ultrasonic processing for 3 times, filtering with water-based filter paper, freeze-drying the residue on the filter paper and peeling off. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a phosphorene/graphene composite two-dimensional material prepared by the above method; and (2) the use of the phosphorene/graphene composite two-dimensional material for treatment of uranium-containing wastewater.
