▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sandwich structured nano composite material comprises graphene sheet structure, silver/silver chloride nano particles bonded between the graphene layers, where the silver/silver chloride nano particles have nuclear shell structure, and the graphene and shell structure are connected through silver-carbon bond. USE - Sandwich structured nano composite material used as photocatalyst for photocatalytic application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sandwich structured nano composite material has excellent performance, three-dimensional plasma effect, and improved durability, efficiency and activity. It effectively solves the problem of aggregation of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing sandwich nano composite material which involves: (A) adding alkylated fumaric acid and aldylated graphene oxide and dispersing in ethylene glycol to obtain the aldehyde-enriched graphene solution with concentration of 1 milligram/mL; (B) taking glycol as solvent to prepare 1x 10-4 mole/L of silver nitrate solution; (C) mixing the aldehyde-enriched graphene solution and silver nitrate solution in volume ratio of 3:2, uniformly stirring and adding with silver and silver chloride precipitate to obtain the silver chloride/graphene oxide nano composite material solution; and (D) mixing the silver chloride/graphene oxide nano composite material solution with equal moles of soldium chloride solution, subjecting the obtained solution to ultraviolet light irradiation at 500 Watt for reducing for 10-30 minutes to obtain the silver/silver chloride/reduced graphene oxide sandwich structured nano composite material.
