NOVELTY - Cold stretch sleeve pipe film comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, where the thickness ratio of the outer layer, the middle layer and the inner layer is 1:(5-10):1, the outer layer comprises 40-70 pts. wt. bimodal linear low-density polyethylene (MDPE), 30-60 pts. wt. ethylene-hexene copolymer (MPE) and 0.5-5 pts. wt. functional additive (HN1), the middle layer comprises 30-60 pts. wt. bimodal linear low-density polyethylene (MDPE), 30-60 pts. wt. ethylene/α-olefin random copolymer (POE) and 5-10 pts. wt. olefin block copolymer (OBC), the inner layer comprises 40-70 pts. wt. bimodal linear low-density polyethylene (MDPE), 30-70 pts. wt. ethylene-hexene copolymer (MPE) and 0.5-5 pts. wt. functional additive (HN1), the outer layer further comprises 0.5-2 pts. wt. mica, and the middle layer further comprises 1-2 pts. wt. thermoplastic phenolic resin. USE - The cold stretch sleeve pipe film is used for packaging for fine goods, inflammable and explosive goods, and storage and transportation distribution link. ADVANTAGE - The film realizes balance of rigidity and toughness of cold stretching sleeve pipe film for packaging, each mechanical property is excellent, and the coefficient of friction cold stretch sleeve pipe pipe is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the cold stretch sleeve pipe film, which involves (i) using a mixer to mix the functional additives, (ii) using a mixer to mix the material components of the outer layer, middle layer and inner layer respectively, (iii) according to the thickness ratio of each layer, adding the material components of the outer layer, middle layer and inner layer in step (ii) to outer extruder, middle extruder and inner extruder of a three-layer co-extruded blown film unit, and (iv) adjusting the operating speed and heating temperature of the extruders of each layer and the pulling and coiling speeds of the unit to prepare the cold stretched sleeve pipe film.
