NOVELTY - Impact resistant, high corrosion resistant graphene-containing super weather resistant polyester resin powder coating comprises 10-20 pts. wt. graphene material, 44.64-50.22 pts. wt. super weather resistant polyester resin, 3.36-3.78 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-0.9 pts. wt. leveling agent, 30.72-34.56 pts. wt. filler, 0.48-0.54 pts. wt. defoamer. The formulation of graphene material includes 5-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 84-94 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1 pts. wt. dispersant. The formulation of the super weatherable polyester resin includes 35-36 pts. wt. of neopentyl glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. of trimethylol propane, 60-61 pts. wt. isophthalic acid, 1-2 pts. wt. adipic acid. USE - Impact resistant, high corrosion resistant graphene-containing super weather resistant polyester resin powder coating. ADVANTAGE - The impact resistant, high corrosion resistant graphene-containing super weather resistant polyester resin powder coating has extremely high corrosion resistance and weather resistance, uniform thickness and excellent leveling, improves the poor impact characteristics of super weather resistant polyester resin powder coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing impact-resistant, high-corrosion-resistant graphene-containing super weather-resistant polyester resin powder coating, which involves: (A) adding 5-15 pts. wt. graphene powder to 84-94 pts. wt. epoxy resin, and then adding 1 pts. wt. dispersant, stirring and blending under ultrasound to obtain initial graphene material, then pulverizing the initial graphene material, and then screening to obtain 20-50 micrometer powdery graphene material, weighing materials, placing materials in the mixing tank and mixing them thoroughly to obtain uniformly mixed premixed material, formulation includes 10-20 pts. wt. graphene material, 44.64-50.22 pts. wt. super weather resistant polyester resin, 3.36-3.78 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.8-0.9 pts. wt. leveling agent, 30.72-34.56 pts. wt. filler, 0.48-0.54 pts. wt. defoamer, formulation of the super weather-resistant polyester resin includes 35-36 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 1-2 pts. wt. trimethylol propane, 60-61 pts. wt. isophthalic acid, and 1-2 pts. wt. hexamethylene glycol acid, placing pre-mixed material into twin-screw extruder for extrusion, tableting and cooling extruded material to obtain flake material, placing flake materials into the pulverizer; and (B) screening to obtain impact-resistant, high-corrosion-resistant graphene-containing super weathering polyester resin powder coating with particle size of 1-100 micrometer.
