▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic magnesium alloy surface comprises (i) first polishing the magnesium alloy with sandpaper of 60 mesh, 120 mesh, 320 mesh, 600 mesh and 1200 mesh to remove impurities and oxides on the surface, then ultrasonically cleaning with isopropanol and acetone for 10 minutes, removing organic matter and blow drying with nitrogen, and (ii) preparing super-hydrophobic structure by electro-deposition, where the electrolyte composition is composed of 30-40 wt.% sulfonated modified graphene oxide, 5-10 wt.% linolenic acid and 50-70 wt.% isopropanol. USE - The method is useful for preparing sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic magnesium alloy surface. ADVANTAGE - The sulfonated modified graphene oxide-based superhydrophobic magnesium alloy surface has corrosion inhibition efficiency of more than over 97%.
