NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material involves adding graphene to concentrated sulfuric acid solution, ultrasonically treating, stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate, heating, transferring to distilled water, cooling, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, settling, draining, centrifuging, washing the centrifuged product with dilute hydrochloric acid solution, removing the remaining sulfate ions, washing with distilled water to neutral, and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material used for selective laser sintering forming. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material with appropriate particle size, and high powder flow rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material involves (i) adding graphene to concentrated sulfuric acid solution at 0 degrees C, ultrasonically treating, stirring, slowly adding potassium permanganate, heating at 30-40 degrees C for 15-25 hours, transferring to distilled water at 85-95 degrees C for 30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, settling, draining, centrifuging, washing the centrifuged product with 5% dilute hydrochloric acid solution, removing the remaining sulfate ions, washing with distilled water to neutral, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in an aqueous ethanol solution, ultrasonically oscillating, stirring, dripping silane coupling agent at 70-80 degrees C for 24 hours, washing the resulting product with distilled water, pumping, filtering for 3 times, vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain surface functionalized graphene, (iii) adding surface functionalized graphene and dispersant to aqueous ethanol solution, ultrasonic oscillating and stirring to obtain a uniform dispersion, (iv) selecting polyether ether ketone powder having a particle size of 10-100 mu m, adding polyether ether ketone powder to homogeneous dispersion, stirring, ultrasonically oscillating, and stirring for 24 hours to obtain a desired dispersion, and (v) heating and rotatably evaporating the dispersion, drying, and grinding. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material for selective laser sintering forming, which comprises graphene which is a functionalized graphene obtained by oxidizing and modifying silane coupling agent, the surface of composite material contains a characteristic group belonging to a silane coupling agent in an amount of 0.5-6 wt.%, and the graphene/polyether ether ketone composite powder material has a particle size of 10-100 mu m.
