▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nano-silver conductive ink comprises 24-36 pts. wt. terpene phenolic resin, 16-22 pts. wt. polyketone resin, 10-25 pts. wt. nano-silver, 0.5-1.8 pts. wt. nano-conductive filler, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. dimethyl sulfoxide, 1-3 pts. wt. 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-10 pts. wt. indium powder, 3-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide powder, 2-7 pts. wt. barium tungstate powder, 2-11 pts. wt. sodium hypophosphite, 1-6 pts. wt. trimethylamine borane and 2-8 pts. wt. acetone. USE - Used as a nano-silver conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink has less dosage, good gloss, high conductivity and high light transmittance, and is very suitable for electrical conductor grid of the three dimensional printing sensing unit, and achieves ultra-fine wires with a single length of more than 100 m having anti-stretching and high-deflection ability.
