NOVELTY - A grouting material comprises 50 pts. wt. erosion-resistant cement, 86-116 pts. wt. sea sand, 0-30 pts. wt. coral sand, 15 pts. wt. silicon ash, 5 pts. wt. gypsum, 20-25 pts. wt. steel fiber, 5-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol microfiber, 1 pt. wt. flocculating agent, 1 pt. wt. expanding agent, and 2 pts. wt. water reducing agent. USE - Grouting material for repairing deep-sea concrete defect, used in marine engineering construction. ADVANTAGE - The intelligent unmanned grouting is ensured using underwater robot. The complexity and risk of manual operation is avoided. The grouting method is efficient and convenient. The grouting device of the underwater robot is improved. The fussy operation device and operation flow are simplified. The grouting material has excellent strength, erosion resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and durability. The grouting portion is not easy to fall off. The service life of the grouting material is long. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1.the preparation method of grouting material for repairing deep-sea concrete defect, which involves ultrasonically dispersing polyvinyl alcohol microfiber, adding erosion-resistant cement, sea sand, coral sand, silicon ash, gypsum, steel fiber and polyvinyl alcohol microfiber into a forced mixer, stirring uniformly, adding water to stir, adding flocculating agent, expanding agent, and water reducing agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain a final product; and 2.a deep-sea concrete defect grouting method, which involves loading the grouting material into an underwater robot slurry storage chamber (5), using a ground control system to control an underwater robot to dive into sea water, monitoring the position of the underwater robot in real time by a seabed image fed back by a camera, when the robot reaches the locating point, starting an ultrasonic device for concrete defect detection, locating, operating a brush by a mechanical arm to clean a defective surface to remove surface impurities, buckling a hemispherical cavity (1) connected to the mechanical arm at the defect to block the water flow, connecting the grouting material to a grouting pipe in the cavity through a metal pipe, driving the grouting pipe by the cavity to move along with the defect shape, and blocking a repairing portion by a clapboard.
