NOVELTY - Conductive electrode structure made by hybrid coating with graphene oxide, carbon nanocones, conductive polymer comprises a non-conductive substrate made of textile material of cotton fiber, ceramics or other similar materials and hybrid coating consisting first hybrid layer of graphene oxide, carbon nanocones, where the carbon nanocones have a single wall and may have a length ranging between 30-50 nanometer and a variable diameter ranging between 5 nanometer at the base and 2 nanometer at the top and a second layer of conductive polymer which may be polypyrrole or other conductive polymers. USE - Conductive electrode structure made by hybrid coating with graphene oxide, carbon nanocones, conductive polymer used to manufacture electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a conductive electrode structure made by hybrid coating with graphene oxide, carbon nanocones, conductive polymer to manufacture electrode, which involves preparing the non-conductive substrate in an ultrasonic bath for 10 minutes by immersion in acetone, ethyl alcohol and distilled water, pre-treating the non-conductive substrate with a metal film by autocatalytic deposition by compressed air spraying in three steps, drying at 60 degrees C for 1.5 hours after spraying an autocatalytic ink, followed by activating the catalyst at 150-200 degrees C for 2-4 hours and depositing the nickel-molybdenum-phosphors metal film by immersion in a deposition bath, depositing a layered hybrid coating of graphene oxide, carbon nanocones, polypyrrole in 1-3 series of substrate immersion in the hybrid dispersion of graphene oxide, carbon nanocones for 15 minutes, followed by drying at 60 degrees C for 1 hour, followed by chemical reduction in a solution of ascorbic acid, at a graphene oxide: ascorbic acid mass ratio of 1:10, at a temperature of 80 degrees C, for 1 hour, and electrochemically depositing a second polypyrrole film from a solution of 0.1 M sodium paratoluenesulfonate containing 0.1 M pyrrole and 20 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, by potential sweep within the range of 0-1 V, for 30 cycles.
