NOVELTY - Preparation graphene on metal surface/silane composite thin film comprises ultrasonically dispersing 0.02-0.2% graphene oxide to organic solvent, polishing metal substrate, removing oil, washing, surface hydroxylating and drying, adding metal substrate into graphene/silane coupling agent treatment liquid and obtaining surface graphene/silane molecular self-assembly film. USE - Method of preparation graphene on metal surface/silane composite thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite film has long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation graphene on metal surface/silane composite thin film comprises ultrasonically dispersing 0.02-0.2% graphene oxide to organic solvent at volume ratio of 1:10-1:20, mixing graphene oxide and silane coupling agent, heating through water bath of 80-90 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 24 hours, ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide solution and obtaining silane coupling agent; mixing silane coupling agent and reducing agent hydrazine hydrate, heating through water bath of 90-100 degrees c, stirring for 24 hours, and obtaining silane coupling agent grafted of graphene oxide solution; at volume ratio of 1:2-1:10, mixing deionized water and alcohol, regulating pH to 6-8, mixing silane coupling agent grafted of graphene oxide solution and alcohol aqueous solution at volume ratio of 1:3-1:8, controlling temperature at 40-50 degrees C, hydrolyzing for 1 hour, cooling to room temperature, and obtaining graphene/silane coupling agent treatment liquid; and polishing metal substrate, removing oil, washing, surface hydroxylating and drying, adding metal substrate into graphene/silane coupling agent treatment liquid and obtaining surface graphene/silane molecular self-assembly film.
