NOVELTY - Nucleating agent comprises 10-20 pts. wt. organic montmorillonite, 30-100 pts. wt. alkyl methylene bis(2,4-dialkylphenoxy) phosphate, 20-80 pts. wt. bis(alkyl methylene bis(2,4-dialkylphenoxy)) phosphate, 5-20 pts. wt. aluminum-lithium compound, 1-30 pts. wt. higher fatty acid salt, 1-10 pts. wt. supercritical fluid foaming agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. water-dispersible graphene. USE - The nucleating agent is useful for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foaming. ADVANTAGE - The nucleating agent can improve strength and bending modulus, and heat conduction ability of PET, so that the use of PET is wider and more convenient.
