▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves providing glass fiber (200) with a conductive carbon layer on a surface. A pulse current is applied to the glass fiber with the conductive carbon layer on the surface to obtain the graphene glass fiber. The glass fiber with the conductive carbon layer on the surface is obtained by pre-depositing the carbon layer on the surface of the glass fiber, or obtained by carbonizing the surface of the glass fiber after coating a polymer. A nitrogen-containing precursor and a boron-containing precursor are introduced when the pulse current is applied. The nitrogen-containing precursor is selected from ammonia, acetonitrile, pyridine, pyrrole and methylamine, and the boron-containing precursor is selected from phenylboronic acid, diborane, boron powder and triethylborane. USE - Method for preparing graphene glass fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method greatly improves the preparation efficiency of the graphene glass fiber, and simultaneously effectively reduce the thermal damage of the graphene. The graphene prepared by the method has a high degree of graphitization, closely adheres to the fiber substrate, and has good composite stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene glass fiber. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram illustrating the device for preparing graphene glass fibers.
