NOVELTY - Improved silicon carbide extrapolation device comprises copper tube which is set on inner wall of reaction device (1), induction coil (2) is set on copper tube, high-frequency induction heating apparatus (3) is connected with induction coil, multiple nickel-chromium-iron alloy pallets (4) and multiple metal porous plates (5). The bottom of reaction device is provided with rotatable disc. The disk is provided with air inlet. The air inlet is connected with air inlet tube by rotating joint. The air inlet tube is provided with multiple fan-shaped nozzles. USE - Improved silicon carbide extrapolation device for preparing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The improved silicon carbide extrapolation device has simple structure and in which rotatable air inlet tube makes the reaction gas uniformly in contact with the reactant to generate uniform quality graphene.
