▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of stainless steel involves pre-treating stainless steel by polishing with sandpaper to remove impurities and oxides on surface, ultrasonically cleaning with absolute ethanol and acetone and blow-drying with nitrogen gas, taking three 100 mL beakers, dissolving cerium nitrate in deionized water in beaker (A), dissolving linolenic acid in anhydrous ethanol in beaker (B), dissolving alkylated modified graphene oxide in deionized water (C), ultrasonically processing, mixing all liquids of three beakers, magnetically stirring for half an hour, ultrasonically processing for 2 hours to form electrolyte, forming superhydrophobic structure by electrodeposition using ZF-9 potentiostat, large-area platinum sheet as counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, immersing treated stainless steel as working electrode in electrolyte, electrodepositing at 30-50 degrees C to obtain super-hydrophobic stainless steel surface with self-repairing characteristics. USE - Production of stainless steel. ADVANTAGE - The prepared super-hydrophobic stainless steel surface has self-repairing characteristics has excellent durability and corrosion resistance and corrosion inhibition efficiency of more than 97%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of stainless steel involves pre-treating stainless steel by polishing with 60 mesh, 120 mesh, 320 mesh, 600 mesh and 1200 mesh sandpaper to remove impurities and oxides on the surface, ultrasonically cleaning with absolute ethanol and acetone for 10 minutes and blow-drying with nitrogen gas, taking three 100 mL beakers, dissolving cerium nitrate in deionized water in beaker (A), dissolving linolenic acid in anhydrous ethanol in beaker (B), dissolving alkylated modified graphene oxide in deionized water (C), ultrasonically processing for 1 hour until the solution is transparent, mixing all liquids of three beakers, magnetically stirring for half an hour, ultrasonically processing for 2 hours to form electrolyte, forming superhydrophobic structure by electrodeposition using ZF-9 potentiostat for constant voltage electrodeposition, large-area platinum sheet as counter electrode and saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode, immersing treated stainless steel as working electrode in electrolyte, electrodepositing at 30-50 degrees C under voltage of 5-20 V for 4-12 hours to obtain super-hydrophobic stainless steel surface with self-repairing characteristics.
