NOVELTY - A graphene liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) composite material comprises 40-50 %mass high molecular LCP composite polymer, 40-50 %mass active monomer, 5-8 %mass photoinitiator, 3-5 %mass graphene, 1-2 %mass dispersant, and 0.5-1 %mass leveling agent. USE - Graphene liquid crystalline polymer composite material for intermediate frame of mobile phone (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene LCP composite material has excellent substrate adhesiveness, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and signal conduction characteristics, and suppressed volatile organic compound emission and pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the graphene LCP composite material, which involves adding the active monomer to the dispersing kettle, and dispersing for 10 minutes at a speed of 500 rpm, then adding photoinitiator and dispersant, and dispersing for 10 minutes at a speed of 500 rpm, adding graphene, dispersing at 2000 rpm for 20 minutes, and then ultrasonically dispersing for 1.5-2.0 hours to obtain semi-finished products, adding the semi-finished product to the dispersing machine, then adding the high-molecular LCP composite polymer and leveling agent, dispersing for 30 minutes at a speed of 2000 rpm, filtering and packing; and (2) use of the graphene LCP composite material for the middle frame of the mobile phone, where the composite material is molded by a three-dimensional printer and cured by ultraviolet light.
