NOVELTY - A graphene resin is prepared by using 300-370 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-80 pts. wt. graphene polymer, 100-150 pts. wt. organic acid, 0.05-0.70 pt. wt. synthetic additive, 0.06-0.08 pt. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 90-110 pts. wt. styrene, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. curing accelerator, and 140-150 pts. wt. diluent. The graphene polymer is prepared by using 3-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.50 pt. wt. crosslinking agent, vulcanizing agent or coupling agent, 100-200 pts. wt. carrier, 0.03-0.30 pt. wt. anti-flocculant, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. anti-precipitation agent. USE - Graphene resin for solvent-free environmentally-friendly coatings. ADVANTAGE - The graphene resin has excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance under high temperature conditions and low viscosity, and can be cured at low temperature of about -20 degrees C. The preparation process is simple and environmentally-friendly, and has no waste discharge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene resin, which involves (1) mixing epoxy resin and graphene polymer, heating to 60 degrees C, adding organic acid, synthetic additive and polymerization inhibitor, heating to 100-120 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours until the acid value drops to 10-12 mg potassium hydroxide/g, (2) cooling the reactant to less than 60 degrees C, adding styrene, heating to 80-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, (3) cooling to 60-70 degrees C, adding curing accelerator, diluting the reaction product with a diluent, and stirring for 0.5 hour.
