▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degradable modified polyurethane elastomer comprises 6-10 pts. wt. graphene grafted chitosan, 23-30 pts. wt. nitrogen-rich polyether polyol, 22-38 pts. wt. polyester triol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. cocatalyst, 0.5-1 pt. wt. catalyst, and 32-36 pts. wt. 4,4'-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate). USE - Degradable modified polyurethane elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The degradable modified polyurethane elastomer has excellent flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the degradable modified polyurethane elastomer, which involves pouring nitrogen into a reaction system to exhaust air, adding graphene grafted chitosan, nitrogen-rich polyether polyol, polyester triol and 4,4'-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate), heating at 70-85 degrees C, adding pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and dibutyltin dilaurate, stirring and reacting at a constant speed for 6-10 hours, pouring the material into a mold, and heat curing at 110-120 degrees C for 4-7 hours.
