▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a flexible sensing layer involves using three dimension (3D) printing technology to prepare a substrate with multiple secondary pore structures, a thermoelectric material coating is adding on the surface of the substrate of the flexible sensor layer, and performing plasma treatment on the surfaces of the thermoconducting material coating to obtain the final product, where the substrate is made of polyurethane, polyimide, polypropylene or polyimine, and the surface is coated with a thermocrylate film. USE - Method for preparing a flexible sensing layer of a flexible sensor i.e. flexible pressure-temperature sensor, used in scientific research and development and industrial production. Can also be used for pressure and strain, temperature and humidity parameter combined measurement of flexible multifunctional sensor, flexible wearable field and artificial intelligence. ADVANTAGE - The method enables changing an internal contact area under a pressure state by a flexible sensing layer substrate of a multi-level sub-pore structure to affect change amplitude of resistance, thus improving pressure sensitivity of the flexible sensor and reducing temperature resistance effect by adding the thermoelectric material coating, and hence reducing signal crosstalk between resistance and a signal voltage signal, the method allows the flexible sensors to be prepared by placing a flexible sensor layer between two flexible electrodes, so that the sensor increases a contact area when pressure is acted so as to increase change amplitude and seebeck coefficient of a resistor and improve pressure sensitivity and temperature sensitivity of a sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a preparation method of flexible sensor involves preparing flexible electrode, and adhering the flexible sensing layer prepared by the preparation method of the flexible sensing layer to between the two flexible electrodes, after high temperature curing, obtaining the flexible sensor; and (2) a flexible sensor which is prepared based on preparation method of the flexible sensor.
