NOVELTY - A preparation method of foamed silicone rubber composite material, involves fully mixing 100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 2-9 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1-10 pts. wt. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bishexane, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 2-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, and 3-6 pts. wt. stearic acid in a mixer, (2) adding 20-60 pts. wt. high conductive carbon black and 2.5-20 pts. wt. conductive rare layer graphene into a mixer, and mixing to obtain mixed rubber, (3) rolling the mixed rubber obtained in step (2) in an open mill for 20-30 minutes, discharging the air bubbles in the mixed rubber, and cutting into sheets of 9 cm asterisk 13 cm, and (4) pre-heating the temperature of an embedded mold of vulcanizing machine to 170-190degreesC, putting a sheet layer in the step (3) on a glass paper of 15 cm asterisk 15 cm, putting into vulcanizing machine, high temperature curing and foaming to obtain a final product. USE - Preparation method of foamed silicone rubber composite material for electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The foamed silicone rubber composite material has simple preparation process, light weight, uniform cell, small average aperture size and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.
