NOVELTY - A 5G polyphenylene sulfide film is prepared using polyphenylene sulfide-polyethylene terephthalate block copolymer, barium zirconate titanate, graphene, flame retardant, antioxidant and anti-fatigue agent. USE - Polyphenylene sulfide film for 5G networks. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent toughness, flame retardance, heat resistance, weather resistance, and electrical properties, and low moisture absorption and dielectric constant at high frequencies, and improves the signal transmission speed when applied. The preparation method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of 5G polyphenylene sulfide film, which involves dissolving polyphenylene sulfide-polyethylene terephthalate block copolymer in organic solvent, adding flame retardant, antioxidant and anti-fatigue agent, stirring, mixing well to obtain mixture, grinding barium zirconate titanate and graphene to less than 200 mesh, adding to mixture, stirring, adding coupling agent, reacting for 1 hour, transferring obtained reaction solution to twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, drying particles and casting.
