▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A core-shell structure barium titanate-based ceramic dielectric material comprises 10-15 pts. wt. barium titanate base material and 5-8 pts. wt. coating material. The ceramic dielectric material is prepared by dissolving (i) the coating material in toluene to obtain a coating solution, dispersing (ii) the barium titanate base material in deionized water, adding 4-dimethylaminopyridine and stirring at a speed of 150-200 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain a dispersion, and adding (iii) the coating solution to the dispersion, ultrasonically-processing at 120-130 degrees C and at a frequency of 3-5 MHz for 1-1.5 hours and distilling. USE - Core-shell structure barium titanate-based ceramic dielectric material. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance core-shell structure barium titanate-based ceramic dielectric material has improved temperature stability and service life, and low dielectric loss. The coating of silicon dioxide can alleviate interface effect between substrates, and can share high voltage and improve withstand voltage performance of the dielectric material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the core-shell structure barium titanate-based ceramic dielectric material.
