NOVELTY - Graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber preparation system comprises solution preparation and pretreated rabbit hair. The solution preparation is mainly used to prepare a mixed solution of L-cysteine and graphene oxide, and pretreated rabbit hair is used to perform multiple treatments on rabbit hair, and the graphene modified rabbit hair fiber is prepared after the solution preparation and the pretreated rabbit hair are completed. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene modified rabbit hair fiber, involves: (A) obtaining L-cysteine solution by dissolving L-cysteine in deionized water to prepare an L-cysteine solution with a concentration of 0.03-0.05mol/L; (B) obtaining graphene oxide solution in purified water and preparing graphene oxide solution with a concentration of 5g/L; (C) preparing mixed solution of L-cysteine solution and graphene oxide by taking out the same amount of L-cysteine solution and graphite oxide solution mixing under stirring to get mixed solution of L-cysteine solution and graphene oxide; (D) carrying out rabbit fur screening by cleaning rabbit fur manually, and then transporting rabbit fur to the screening equipment, and removing the smaller impurities in the rabbit fur by the screening equipment; (E) soaking rabbit hair by putting the rabbit hair selected into a container with a concentration of 0.06-0.08 moL/L sodium carbonate solution, to remove the surface oil and natural impurities; (F) rinsing rabbit fur by putting the rabbit fur soaked in a special cleaning device, and rinsing the rabbit fur with the high-pressure ionized water produced by cleaning device to clean the rabbit fur with sodium carbonate solution; (G) putting rabbit hair into the drying equipment to get dried rabbit hair; (H) carrying ouut modification and grafting treatment by taking out the treated rabbit hair fiber with a bath ratio of 180:1-220:1, and taking out the mixed solution of L-cysteine solution and graphene oxide prepared and putting in an Erlenmeyer flask, to mix and soak; (I) putting the rabbit hair fiber processed in an ultrasonic device, and selecting the ultrasonic power 80-100 Watt, where the temperature of the water bath is 70-80 degrees Celsius, and the treatment time is 50-70 minutes, and rabbit hair fiber is ultrasonically processed; and (J) using absolute alcohol to clean the graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber prepared, and after the cleaning is completed, and drying the graphene-modified rabbit hair fiber in the drying equipment for drying, where temperature is set at 50-60 degrees Celsius.
