▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A radiation-proof material comprises 2% graphite powder, 1.5% fine iron powder having a granularity of 20-40 mu m, 1.5% ferrite powder having a granularity of 20-40 mu m, 5-10% calcium carbonate of 500 mesh or more, 1% nano graphene/bismuth molybdate, 1% nano titania, 0.1-0.5% dispersed pigment having a granularity of 20-40 mu m, 2.5% antiaging agent, 0.5% dispersant, and 80-85% engineering plastic. The radiation-proof material is obtained by mixing raw material under nitrogen protection at 99-100 degrees C, drying for 4 hours, twin-screw-extruding, injection-molding at 160-230 degrees C. USE - Radiation-proof material is used for computers, televisions, and microwave oven devices (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The radiation-proof material has excellent air purification function and prevents the user from electromagnetic radiation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of radiation-proof material, which involves drying raw materials for 4-5 hours at 90-105 degrees C to a water content of less than 200 ppm, extruding at a nozzle temperature of 170-190, injection-molding for 5 seconds at 80-100 MPa, maintaining pressure at 30-85 MPa for 20-90 seconds, cooling at 25-60 degrees C for 30-80 seconds, baking at 100-105 degrees C for 10 minutes and at 120-125 degrees C for 30 minutes, and cooling naturally to room temperature for demolding.
