▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Connecting MAX phase ceramics comprises preparing the slurry by using a carbon nano material selected from graphene and carbon nanotubes as an intermediate layer, adding graphene or carbon nanotubes to the isopropanol solvent at a volume ratio of 1: 5, and dispersing ultrasonically for 30 min to obtain a graphene or carbon nanotube slurry. For slurry coating, any two MAX phase ceramic blocks are processed by wire cutting, and the surface is ground and polished. After ultrasonic cleaning of the MAX phase ceramic blocks, apply uniformly dispersed graphene or carbon nanotube slurry to the surface of the MAX phase ceramic block, and after drying, contact the two surfaces coated with graphene or carbon nanotubes to form a MAX phase ceramic group. The MAX phase ceramic group is placed in a vacuum sintering furnace for welding. After the welding is completed, the temperature is reduced to obtain a uniformly welded MAX phase ceramic. USE - Method for connecting MAX phase ceramics. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to connect MAX phase ceramics, which reach more than 80% of the strength of the base material, and the process is suitable for the connection between any of the same and different types of MAX phase ceramics.
