▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface comprises a patterned graphene electric control layer, a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) medium layer (2) and a metal screen bottom plate (3) sequentially overlapped from top to bottom. First graphene square ring array (13) is set on first PET substrate (11), second PET substrate (12) and second graphene square ring array (14). The first graphene square ring array and the second graphene square ring array are provided with a graphene square ring unit. The first graphene square ring array and the second graphene square ring array are respectively set on an inner surface of the first PET substrate and the second PET substrate. The PDMS medium layer of second layer is optically transparent. The metal screen bottom plate of third layer is optically transparent and used as a floor-absorbing surface. USE - Optical transparent self-adaptive wave absorbing surface based on graphene for microwave device. ADVANTAGE - The surface is different from traditional utilization of capacitor diode and other integrated device to adjust and control the wave absorbing surface, greatly simplifying the feeding structure and the feeding network. The surface uses transparent medium PDMS and transparent metal screen as the substrate and the bottom plate, and loads the transparent graphene electric control layer, so as to realize the self-adaptive wave-absorbing surface of the transparent, there is a great advantage in some scene to be transparent display. It has optical transparency, simple structure and lays the road for the intelligent stealth of the micro graphene wave band. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of optical transparent self-adaptive wave absorbing surface based on graphene for microwave device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the optical transparent self-adaptive wave absorbing surface based on graphene for microwave device. 2PDMS medium layer 3Metal screen bottom plate 11First pet substrate 12Second pet substrate 13First graphene square ring array 14Second graphene square ring array 15Transparent ion liquid
