▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The substrate has a heating element arranged between ends of electrode. The electrode is made of copper or silver. The heating element is a CNT, graphene, a silver nanowire or PEDOT/PSS. USE - Functionalized graphene-based heating substrate for an active-type thermo-chromic smart window. ADVANTAGE - The substrate improves optical transmittance rate of vanadium dioxide laminate and controls temperature of the vanadium dioxide laminate by using a heat-emitting heater. The substrate improves production of a vanadium oxide film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene base heat-emitting heater manufacturing method.
