▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining an iridium plate and a graphene oxide sheet vacuum glow discharge device. A cathode is connected with the iridium plate. A vacuum chamber is provided with a public pole that is fixed with a voltage adjustable direct current (DC) power source, a common anode and the cathode. Two ends of the voltage adjustable DC power supply are fixed to a vacuum chamber shell through a pin. The vacuum chamber shell is connected with the common anode. A graphene nano conductive iridium catalytic film is obtained. USE - Graphene nano-conductive iridium-catalytic thin film preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving processing speed and working efficiency and ensuring environment-friendly effect.
