NOVELTY - A graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprises 300 pts. wt. bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin, 0.3-43.5 pts. wt. graphene micro sheet, 0.96-200.7 pts. wt. bisphenol A parts, and 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. catalyst, where catalyst is triphenylphosphine and its derivatives. The graphene/epoxy resin composite material has molecular weight range of 345-20000 and alkene content of 0.1-8%. USE - Graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has uniform dispersion and good performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material comprising adding low molecular weight bisphenol A liquid epoxy resin in reaction kettle, stirring, and steam-heating to 40 degrees C; adding graphene micro sheet, stirring at 20-30 revolutions/minute (rpm), heating to 80 degrees C, and rapidly stirring at 150 rpm for 40 minutes; adjusting stirring speed to 20-30 rpm, adding bisphenol A, stirring, melting at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding catalyst, stirring at 150 rpm, heating to 120 degrees C, and closing steam; and vacuumizing at 130 degrees C and - 0.095 MPa, keeping temperature at 130-200 degrees C, reacting for 60 minutes, closing vacuum pump, filling high purity nitrogen, discharging, coiling, and cooling to room temperature.
