NOVELTY - Composite material comprises graphene nanosheet doped with fluorine and nitrogen. The content of nitrogen in graphene nanosheet doped with fluorine and nitrogen is 0.01-12%. The content of fluorine is 0.01-12%. USE - The material is useful for electrocatalytic oxygen reduction of hydrogen peroxide under acidic medium. ADVANTAGE - The material has starting potential of 0.596 V (acidic medium is good for hydrogen peroxide stability, higher than most of the reported material as N-doped carbon nano-angle (0.4 V), N-doped mesoporous carbon (0.55 V) and mesoporous carbon ball (0.37 V).
