NOVELTY - The system has a graphene electrical heating warming quilt (2) for re-emitting a far infrared ray in a human body (1), where warming effect is recovered to 32 degrees centigrade. A low-voltage direct current power supply temperature control switch (5) is opened or closed automatically such that sleeping process of the human body is performed. Total sleeping time of the human body is performed such that energy consumption is reduced to avoid problem of controlling quilt thermal comfort temperature. A graphene electric heating-warming mattress (2-3) is made of a graphite electric heating material upper layer. USE - Graphite electric heating warming system. ADVANTAGE - The system has a simple structure, and reduces production and use cost, eliminates electric blanket heating associated safety hazard caused by energy field and oxidation effect without burning and CO generation and strengthens human biological function in an effective manner.
