NOVELTY - The structure has pixel defining layer which is provided on the base substrate (110), and the pixel defining layer surrounds a several of pixel cavities. The first graphene layer (610) is provided on the base substrate in each pixel cavity, and the first graphene layer in each pixel cavity includes several of conductive regions (310) and a first isolation region (510) between the conductive regions. The conductive region is separated into a several of sub-pixel electrodes by first isolation region. USE - Pixel structure. ADVANTAGE - The need for subsequent patterning of the first isolation region is avoided which simplifies the manufacturing process.
