NOVELTY - A polymer-graphene mixture is prepared by placing 0.1-10 wt.% graphite powder and polymer powder in solvent medium, magnetically stirring or ultrasonically dispersing, filtering, drying to obtain polymer-graphite powder premix, ball-milling, and stripping in which graphite powder is crystalline flake graphite, earthy graphite, expandable graphite, expanded graphite, highly oriented graphite, and/or pyrolytic graphite, and polymer is polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, chlorinated polyethylene, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, and/or polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Preparation of polymer-graphene mixture (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Preparation process is simple and environment-friendly, product has high quality, and raw material is non-toxic, low cost, and does not dissolve or swell polymer solvent.
