NOVELTY - A polyethylene and polystyrene composite coating contains brominated polystyrene, styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, propargyl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran, graphene, nano-silica, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, dimethylformamide, sodium azide, aluminum chloride, sodium ascorbate solution, copper sulfate solution, high-density polyethylene, diacetone alcohol, triglyceride ester, diacetone acrylamide, SP80 (RTM: Sorbitan Monooleate), calcium fluoride and magnesium fluoride. USE - Polyethylene and polystyrene composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene and polystyrene composite coating has excellent strength, toughness, weather resistance and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polyethylene and polystyrene composite coating contains 10-17 pts. wt. brominated polystyrene, 12-15 pts. wt. styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer, 6-10 pts. wt. propargyl alcohol, 90-100 pts. wt. tetrahydrofuran, 4-7 pts. wt. graphene, 16-20 pts. wt. nano-silica, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 700-800 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 4-5 pts. wt. sodium azide, 0.04-0.05 pt. wt. aluminum chloride, 1.6-2%, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium ascorbate solution, 1.8-2%, 2-3 pts. wt. copper sulfate solution, 120-130 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene, 1-2 pts. wt. diacetone alcohol, 1-2 pt. wt. triglyceride ester, 0.6-1 pt. wt. diacetone acrylamide, 0.3-1 pt. wt. SP80 (RTM: Sorbitan Monooleate), 2-4 pts. wt. calcium fluoride and 1-2 pts. wt. magnesium fluoride. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polyethylene and polystyrene composite coating.
