▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A multifunctional graphene/titanium dioxide composite coating comprises titanium dioxide nano-dots uniformly distributed on the surface of the target substrate, and a titanium dioxide nano-dot layer covered with a graphene sheet layer, where the titanium dioxide is anatase, and the size of the titanium dioxide nano-dots is 40-150 nm, and the titanium dioxide nano-dots are present in a range of 20-60% of the surface of the target substrate. USE - Multifunctional graphene/titanium dioxide composite coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is prepared in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a multifunctional graphene/titanium dioxide composite coating, which involves preparing a titanium dioxide precursor solution by utilizing sol-gel method, spin-coating the titanium dioxide precursor solution to the surface of the pickled-treated target substrate at 7000-9000 rpm under the spin coating time for 40-60 seconds, calcining at 400-600 degrees C in a muffle furnace for 0.5-2 hours, dispersing the lamellar graphene oxide in alcohol or deionized water at a concentration of 0.1-5 wt%, sonicating for 0.5-1 hour, dropping onto the surface of the titanium dioxide/substrate with titanium dioxide nanodots, each 1 cm x 1 cm under the amount of the substrate dripping solution is 10-100 mu L, and heating in an oven at 60-80 degrees C for 12-36 hours, heating in an oven at 100-200 degrees C for 12-36 hours to obtain the graphene oxide/titanium dioxide/substrate, after ultrasonication treatment for 0.1-5 minutes, removing an unadhered graphene oxide, washing with deionized water, drying and storing in the dark, irradiating the graphene oxide/titanium dioxide/substrate by UV light at a wavelength of 254 nm for 12-36 hours, and reducing the graphene oxide to graphene to obtain the finished product.
