NOVELTY - Use of a biomimetic electroactive implant film for preparation or as a medical consumable for inducing regeneration of tissue defects, where the biomimetic electroactive implant film includes a base film and an effect coating on the surface of the base film, and the base film is made of piezoelectric polymer and electroactive material, is claimed. USE - The biomimetic electroactive implant film is used for preparation or as a medical consumable for inducing regeneration of tissue defects. The medical consumables are used as: materials that promote the repair and regeneration of bone tissue in diabetic patients, preferably materials for promoting bone healing in diabetic patients or repairing bone defects in diabetic patients; materials that promote the polarization of macrophage M2 and/or promote the osteogenic differentiation of stem cells; and materials for removing active oxygen in the body, preferably materials for removing oxidation products from tissue defect sites (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film can adapt to the physiological potential of the defect area, and can continuously exert the anti-oxidative stress effect for a long time. Aiming at the active oxygen continuously produced in the body of diabetic patients, the film, after being implanted in the patient's body, can be combined with extracorporeal ultrasound, a penetrating, non-invasive, and side-effect-free field intervention method, to produce circulation anti-oxidative stress effects. The film can continuously eliminate the adverse effects of oxidation products in bone defect areas, and regulates bone immunity in diabetes and promoting bone regeneration.
