NOVELTY - Preparation of aramid carbon nanodispersion involves (1) mixing ANF and potassium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 1:1-1:2 with DMSO, stirring to form ANF/DMSO solution, mixing water and ANF/DMSO solution in a volume ratio of 1:1-4:1, adding water, stirring to obtain ANF/DMSO/water solution, filtering, washing and homogenizing to obtain ANF aqueous dispersion, (2) mixing and dispersing 0.005-0.05 part mass carbon nanotube powder, 0.005-0.1 part mass dispersant, 0.005-0.1 part mass stabilizer and 1 part mass water to obtain a carbon nanotube dispersion, and adding the ANF aqueous dispersion to obtain a modified carbon nanotube dispersion, and (3) adding graphene oxide to water, controlling the concentration of graphene oxide at 0.005-1 %mass, stirring to obtain a graphene dispersion, and adding the modified carbon nanotube dispersion. USE - Preparation of aramid carbon nanodispersion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides aramid carbon nanodispersion, which improves the interaction between graphene and carbon nanotubes through the introduction of ANF, so that the prepared composite material has both excellent mechanical properties and high thermal conductivity.
