NOVELTY - A high Curie temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramic comprises 20-25 pts. wt. barium carbonate, 25-35 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. calcium carbonate fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. strontium carbonate, 5-10 pts. wt. zirconium nitrate, 2-5 pts. wt. tin niobate, 5-8 pts. wt. nitrogen-doped graphene, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. antimony mercaptan, 0.5-2 pts. wt. bismuth trioxide, 0.05-1 pt. wt. tungsten trioxide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. lithium oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. sodium chloride, 20-30 pts. wt. potassium chloride, and 5-8 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol. USE - High Curie temperature lead-free piezoelectric ceramic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ceramic comprising weighing barium carbonate, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate fiber, strontium carbonate, zirconium nitrate, tin niobate, nitrogen-doped graphene, antimony mercaptan, bismuth oxide, tungsten trioxide, and lithium oxide, adding absolute ethanol, and ball milling for 10-15 hours; drying at 60-80 degrees C for 8-12 hours, adding sodium chloride and potassium chloride, mixing, ball milling, mixing for 2-6 hours, drying at 60-100 degrees C for 2-4 hours, ball milling at 25-35 revolutions/minute, and drying at 50-70 degrees C for 6-10 hours; pre-sintering and washing for 3-5 times with deionized water; adding polyvinyl alcohol, grinding, granulating, sieving, and press-molding at 100-200 MPa; and sintering to 950-1100 degrees C for 2-6 hours.
