KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 20-30 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl ethane, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol solution of acetic acid, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide and 90-100 pts. wt. water. USE - Flame-retardant carbon fibers-and-steel fibers-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon fibers-and-steel fibers-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material has excellent flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flame-retardant carbon fibers-and-steel fibers-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material comprises 20-30 pts. wt. antimony trioxide, 80-90 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fibers, 5-10 pts. wt. fluororubber powder, 5-10 pts. wt. antimony pentoxide, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 20-30 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl ethane, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethanol solution of acetic acid, 5-10 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylaminopyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fibers have median length of 75-150 mu m. The median length of steel fibers is 50-150 mu m. The fluororubber powder has particle size of 80-200 mesh. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of flame-retardant carbon fibers-and-steel fibers-modified polytetrafluoroethylene material, which involves adding carbon fibers to 95% ethanol solvent, ultrasonically dispersing mixture, adding acetic acid to adjust pH to 4-5, adding KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane), stirring mixture for 8-15 hours, washing mixture with deionized water and vacuum drying washed mixture, adding ethanol solvent, oxidizing graphene oxide to graphene peroxide, adding graphene oxide to dimethylformamide, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, stirring mixture, sequentially adding 4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and carbon fibers, reacting at room temperature for 18-36 hours, washing with deionized water and vacuum drying to obtain carbon fibers, adding polyisocyanate JQ-1, mechanically stirring mixture, adding dry steel fibers, stirring mixture for 1-3 hours, washing and drying mixture, grafting gypsum-derived carbon fibers, homogeneously mixing mixture with polytetrafluoroethylene in high-speed mixer, cold forming mixture, sintering molding product in air atmosphere at 360-390 degrees C to obtain plate-like sample with diameter of 150-250 mm and thickness of 3-4 mm, immersing plate-like sample in dip coating solution for 4-8 minutes, drying in oven at 80-100 degrees C, sintering product in muffle furnace at 120-200 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, grinding silica by grinder, adding antimony trioxide, antimony pentoxide, decabromodiphenyl ethane and remaining polytetrafluoroethylene and KH550 (RTM: gamma -aminopropyltriethoxysilane) and dispersing mixture in water.
