NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide, involves adding graphite powder or graphite powder and ferrate in reactor containing solvent, maintaining the temperature at 0-60 degrees C, stirring the reaction solution for 1-10 hours, adding hydrogen peroxide solution or hydrogen peroxide solution and accelerators in reactor containing obtained reaction solution, performing ultrasonic reaction of the mixture, and removing reaction solution, after centrifugation treatment, to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simplified and reaction time is shortened. The waste emissions are reduced, and the time and energy are saved. The graphene oxide is soluble in water and is obtained with excellent electrochemical properties, mechanical properties and processability. The graphene oxide is reproducible and large-scale production is achieved.
