NOVELTY - Solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigment filler comprises 20-30 wt.% blast furnace dry dust removal ash, 25-50 wt. ashes from upper trough of blast furnace trough, 20-30 wt. curing fly ash and 8-15 wt.% phosphoric acid-graphene oxide-based activator, where the particle size of the blast furnace dry dust removal ash is 3.9-58.6 mu m. The ash particle size of the upper trough of blast furnace trough is 4.1-58.7 mu m. The particle size of the curing fly ash is 5.3-43.7 mu m. The phosphoric acid-graphene oxide-based activator is a mixture of graphene oxide, water and phosphoric acid. USE - Solid-waste composite synergistic functional pigment filler. ADVANTAGE - The pigment filler solves the problems of single function of existing pigments and fillers, no flame-retardant performance and high price, expands the large-scale and high-value-added utilization of blast furnace dry dust removal ash, and increases efficiency with waste and performance with waste in line with relevant energy conservation and environmental protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the pigment filler, involving (a) performing an oxygen atmosphere mechanical alloying treatment on the blast furnace dry dust removal ash using a high-energy ball mill with a speed of 500-700 rpm for 24-48 hours to obtain type (I) composite powder, (b) mixing type (I) composite powder with curing fly ash and phosphoric acid-graphene oxide-based activator and performing mechanical alloying treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere using a high-energy ball mill at a speed of 400-600 rpm for 36-72 hours to obtain type (II) composite powder, and (c) mixing the type (II) composite powder with the ashes from upper trough of blast furnace trough and performing mechanical alloying treatment in a nitrogen atmosphere using a high-energy ball mill at the speed of 400-600 rpm for 24-48 hours to obtain the product.
