▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Oxide ceramic and two-dimensional material composite hydrogen-resistant coating comprises a co-deposited layer of zirconium and yttria-stabilized zirconia, an intermediate layer of aluminum oxide doped two-dimensional material, and an aluminum oxide ceramic layer, which are sequentially coated on the substrate from the inside to the outside. The substrate is a martensitic or austenitic stainless steel or a high temperature alloy. The two-dimensional material is a mixture of graphene oxide GO, hexagonal boron nitride h-BN and molybdenum disulfide MoS2. USE - Oxide ceramic and two-dimensional material composite hydrogen-resistant coating for use in petroleum hydrocracking and nuclear fusion. ADVANTAGE - The oxide ceramic and two-dimensional material composite hydrogen-resistant coating has improved bonding strength, cold and hot impact resistance, and hydrogen permeation barrier property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of oxide ceramic and two-dimensional material composite hydrogen resistance coating.
